180 Berger bullets. The brake on it is a Thunder Beast. I have the matching brake but no thread protector l

So you have a brake that matches the barrel in color? Is it the same contour as barrel? The examples on MTM site have same barrel contour? What kind of velocity on the 180s? I have read it you heat them up too much the cases have a short life.
