Full Custom build 7mm-08 by Lee Christiansen out of WI (aka Redneck on 24hourcampfire). Spiral fluting of barrel and all cerakote done by Karl Kampfeld of Kampfeld Customs.
Taken on a few hunts, mostly as a backup so you would never know it. I would estimate about 100 rounds shot through rifle.
-Defiance Rebel short action with extended thread tennon
-McMillan Game Scout in GAP camo. Standard fill with pillars, rear sling stud and 2 front sling studs (currently have pic rail). Bedded by Lee
-Bartlein #3, 1/9 twist barrel. 5/8x24 threaded barrel with thread cap. Measures 22" from recoil lug.
-Jewell trigger
-APA RTG bottom metal
-Murphy Precision 1-piece titanium base with 10 MOA cant
-Cerakoted FDE with black highlights
Weighs in at 9.6 pounds on my fish scale with scope and rings.
$3,195
Currently sitting on top is a Bushnell LRHS 4.5-18x44 in MOA with Hawkins rings. Will sell turn key package for $4,000
FFL must except from individual. I'll add insurance for another $50.
I have attached a 3 shot group with factory 120 gr nosler ballistic tips at 100 yards from the other day. I have never claimed to be a great shot, but I bet my wife could tighten it up. I know the rifle really liked 140 gr nosler accubonds.
