Del, I purchased the rifle on this forum from BrianC74. He had mcm arms do stock work and cerakoted the metal. Phil did the machine work. I will ask who Phil is.

Phil is Phil Allen with MCM. He's a good Smith with very low tolerance for anything less than perfection (like any good Smith should be). I've owned two of his rifles (my main go-to rifle is built by Phil).
