Criterion barrels

Mine shoots great. It the chrome lined 20" hbar model. Not even good stainless one. 1/2-3/4 all of the time. Even with my thermal scope on the rifle.

I talked to several people before buying my first one. Pretty much the same reaction from all I asked, You put it on, check your headspace, go shoot it at the range, and say, "wow, this SOB shoots real well". Im sure there are some that didn't shoot, but none Im aware of .

I have one. It's a remage 243 win on a TLTech action. I just put a 20 moa rail on it. First group was bore sitted second group after corrections. 3rd group different load. That was a good day but normally a solid .5 shooter. I'm about ready to buy another one.

One of the best in the business for a semi-budget barrel. We use their barrels constantly and they never disappoint. Had one customer's rebarrel Ruger Precision shot .083 group at 200 yards with one of their barrels. They have been extremely consistent, across the board. Want to step up your rifles accuracy and performance? They are an excellent choice. Of course there are other, higher end options out there, which are excellent and perform extremely well, with other benefits, such as weight and contours available, but for the money, Criterion is a terrific barrel at a very fair price.

I've got one in 223 on a savage action. I'm not a target shooter. Just steel and critters but this barrel will shoot with any of my customs. My go to rifle for anything a 223 will do.

I have nothing to add. Easily some of the best shooting barrels I've ever owned. All of mine (I am currently on my 4th) have been spec'd the same- 26" heavy varmint contour, and all shot well under .5moa with very little work. My 6.5-284 even got into the .1xx area.

They are superb barrels! I have owned/used.heavily five Criterion barrels, all used for precision applications. Being a sister company of Kreiger, they have obviously taken cues from them pertaining to quality and performance. The interior and exterior finish will easily stand with with the best custom barrels I have owned. I have used both Pre-fit and Shouldered barrels for hunting, PRS/tactical, and Benchrest applications with all barrels delivering excellent accuracy, easy break-in/cleaning, and capable of sustaining accuracy for high volume and prolonged shooting sessions. Some results..All 200 yards.

I agree with all here. I have 7mm rem mag, 6.5 cm and a 35 whelen barrels. All are amazing. Brought my shooting skills to the next level and so easy to clean. Buy with confidence. I think being i bought them from NSS that they have gone through the cryogenic treatment on the way out of north Dakota. Lol
