cracked necks on new 7RUM brass

I picked out 7 cases from new remington brass that have splits in the neck. I noticed them when deburring. I did resize them with a new set of Redding dies, I don't think its a die problem. The necks are discolored right around the crack on each one. I'm thinking of calling Remington, but have no idea what number to call. Do you think I just got a bad lot?

I called remington, and they were very helpfull. Within 3 or 4 minutes I was talking to a live person and they transfered me to the right individual. He said they probably weren't annealed properly and is sending out replacements right away. This is my first complaint I've ever made to a component manufacturer. I was pleased with how they handled it.
