If your suppressor is larger than others, use the Magnum XL.

Just kidding, I would not use a condom or balloon in case I fired a couple/few shots consecutively. Be burning rubber...literally!

What do you use to cover your barrel without a suppressor?

99% of the time nothing.

unless your a navy seal, you probably don't need to worry about keeping stuff out of your barrel. I've hunted for 43 years or so and did a couple "one leggers" or stepping in holes. Twice I've jammed the barrel in snow and once in mud. I've never pulled the trigger until I checked the barrel. I wouldn't trust a piece of tape or a French tickler to keep my weapon ready. Pretty funny conversation though !

No.
I'm just looking at this different because you can't just run a rod down the barrel and clean it out.
