My load started having hard bolt lift out of the blue, I talked to cooper and they said go ahead and send it in and they will have a look at it. I got a response saying everything is normal so of course I threw a fit. they said that they would rebarrel it just for customer satisfaction. At the time I was unaware of carbon rings and suspect the first thing they did was clean it (probably was fine) they just didnt explain what they did ? At the time I was using a tipton guide and since then have changed to a possum hollow. I learned a lot from that and have bought a bore scope to inspect myself. While the gun was at cooper I had a hunt coming up and had a custom 6.5x284 built. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS GUN! I simply don't need it any moreand would like a larger caliber to fill its spot.
