I'm not sure if I'm more jealous of the car or the garage/shop. Very nice and I mean both. Thank you for sharing.

The first time I ever went over 100 in a car was when I was 7 when my dad picked up a four year old 65' Galaxy 500 Police Interceptor 390 V8, with 330 horsepower at 5000rpm and 427 lbs-ft of torque. Most highways in the Nevada desert had no speed limits back then so he put the peddle down and pegged the speedo at 120mph.
We didn't even wear seatbelts back then much less car seats for crying out loud.
How did we ever survive??

I'm have to rub some dirt on the floor of the shop just to feel at home. Looks like a museum.
My dad had a 58 Ford Galaxy and he just bought it! It had a Two Tone white Bottom and Aqua upper. (With a big engine). He worked for the CN&J Railroad on swing shifts and it was Tuesday night that he worked and Wednesday Morning he came home to sleep. The day before he was painting our garbage cans "Construction Red" Probably with a lot of lead in it. well while my mom was washing clothes my older sister was supposed to be watching me -- SHE DIDN'T! Somehow I got the idea to paint the new car since DAD was painting garbage cans the day before. Somehoe i got into the garage and opened up the Construction Paing gallon can. I painted the bottom half of the three day old NEW car with Red Construction Paint before my mom found me. Mom Frequed out and started pouring kerosene over where I painted to remove the paint all the while saying "Your dad is going to kill me". She got most of the paint off before any permeant damage and my father getting up.
Can't say what happened to me when Dad got up and found his 3 day old NEW Car Partially painted to a Three Tone!
