As of yesterday, you can check your current preference points and tell if you drew a bighorn tag or not. The official results have not been posted as of yet though.

Not really long range, but my 19 yr old son drew his first archery bighorn ram tag ever. I had been putting him in for 8 years. He is pretty stoked. Lot of work to do now.
