Let us know how it turns out n if you would do anything differently next time but looks good….what size were they ?

Probably 20-30# dressed weight, the grate in that pit in picture is 24" wide so they were young fat and tender kinda pigs. That's the size pigs that I will use when I do a bunch. The racks in this bigger pit wound up being 9.5" x 60", (x12)

They'd be a little heavier then. We usually say about 74% live weight is dressed weight, but that is with the skin, feet, head.

Flowers in Sims will butcher your hogs for you, and they do a great job.
