Changing Thred titles in Classified's

I promise I have searched and searched on how to change a for sale title to a sold title. In fact I used to know how to do it, but I have forgot and need to relearn how to do this. I don't want the good folks of this forum looking through what needs to be a closed out thread. Thanks in advance.
