SOLD/EXPIRED CCI 450

Here's the thing, can you walk into your LGS or market place right now and purchase all reloading items to support your needs?
If so, great, buy from there!
Also look at how many post are marketed towards my area. Sparsely populated and not many post selling in this area.
Let me break this down, I drive to Las Cruces or El Paso (2 hours to Sportsmans or Cabelas) to buy said primers, my fuel to and from is $60 plus primers (2019 prices as we all know nothing is in stock now) I'm now $100 not to mention time and food. Incurred cost is about asking price for a box. Okay not in stock, Albuquerque is 3 hours away, fuel is $110 plus primers, food and time. Slightly more than my asking price.
Our reloading situation will get worse before it gets better. In a few months if you weren't prepared these prices will be cheap!
Lastly, if you don't need or want what I've got to offer or don't like that I won't follow the "flock" or give buddy deals, smash ignore. Thats just one less gripe or complaint I read.
I had mine shipped to me and paid Hazmat.

interesting while everyone seems to be getting down the seller, where do the manufactures come in. There is a shortage of primer and powder, but the manufacturers? Maybe they are too busy making toilet paper😀
The primers they're making go to the ammo manufacturers first. They've also all increased their ammo output by at least 30%.

Look for the YouTube video from the Hornady (correction, Federal/CCI. Thanks Martinakl) CEO; 7 million new shooters since March, 100 rounds of ammo for each one, 700,000,000 extra rounds need to be made.

America has gone from WWII production capabilities (and that was mostly women) to 2020 production. Disgusting.
297,000 aircraft, 193,000 artillery pieces, 86,000 tanks and two million army trucks. MILLIONS of rounds of ammunition.

In 2020 America can't handle making primers fast enough to keep up with civilian consumption. I am sorry Grandfather, we have squandered what you had given us.

this sounds like what you're referencing.

It's funny that when an individual tries to sell a hard to find product at a large profit, they become selfish greedy scum. However corporations do it all the time. They simply call it supply and demand. Or they say, "it's proprietary" meaning that it's a one off product that you cannot buy anywhere else and they can charge whatever the market will bear. Why is everyone so quick to give greedy corporations a pass while jumping all over greedy individuals? All greed is disgusting, but corporate greed costs each one of us far more than any single individual ever will.

I'll take it a bit further. I look through the classifieds often. I click on a lot of ads and generally see a couple of items that make me giggle when I see the price. "Gotta be friggin kidding", I say. I just go on to see the next item of interest. I don't report the ad, try to get the seller "Banned", turn on the cancel culture machine, call on the whole community to get a torch or some tar and feathers.... I just look away. Everything has a particular value. If the price is worth it to you, buy it. If it's not worth it, don't buy it. Banning people because of a difference of opinion is a tactic of socialists and school girls. I'm, frankly, surprised at the number of people in this forum that have lost grease over one ridiculous ad: and, more-so by some of the responses themselves.
