I believe they are McGowen blanks and they wrap them.

They are McGowan blanks. I have a 300wm from them.

I received my barrel around the third week of may after a Jan 7th order date. It was in the time window Carbon six had estimated. I have been to the range 3 times with the new build and the first few times accuracy was just mediocre. This last time however the groups are starting shrink up. It looks normal Remington corelokts and the new corelokt tipped are best for accuracy so far.
