Canted base question

I have been looking for a 30 or 35 moa base for my weatherby vanguard long action. I understand the howa 1500 is the same action or at least is compatible withe same components. I currently am using a 20 moa one piece base. I have found a couple that say they are compatible with a rem 700 la and a howa 1500 la. Will a 700 la base fit my weatherby?

I believe only the 2-piece bases are compatible for Howas and R700s

Burris makes a 25moa 2piece and u could use the signature rings with the inserts to get another 10 or 20moa

I have seen those burris rings and was a little hesitant on them. I like the idea but I wasnt sure how solid they would be. But based on the two replies about them I would assume both of you trust them.
