Can you guess what caused this failure?

We'll probably not get enough information to figure out for sure what happened, but my money is on barrel obstruction. I just can't believe that copper fouling suddenly caused the barrel to fail.

Yeah,.... good chance...... but, I still question whether alternating between solid copper bullets and standard jacketed ( gilding metal ) bullets without cleaning will cause abnormal buildup in the barrel that could raise pressure. When I first started using copper solids, there was information from the bullet makers that all the gilding metal, ( standard bullet jacket material) should be removed.
