Is that pretty normal?

I've always called, actually won a scope from them n one of their monthly drawings and then purchased a NX8 from them last year. They are by far the most helpful people I have worked with.

I believe on thier homepage there's a enter drawing "button". It takes you to the contact page and you basically just send a message through there asking to be signed up for that particuler month. I could be wrong though, I haven't won anything yet lol.

You should call, they answer calls. I've always been impressed with the info and service I've gotten from them. I don't buy a lot, but try to steer people to them whenever I can.
