Calling all Vaquero shooters

I'm dipping my toe into the world of single action six-guns. Namely, with a new Ruger Vaquero. And I want to do it right by practicing my draw from a traditional leather belt and holster. Unfortunately, all my searches seem to be finding only the super cheap, or the super fancy. I'm looking for something plain and discrete, but also smells and feels like actual leather.

Any recommendations? Or perhaps recommendations on the best online forums for such a question?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

No feedback on holsters... I have a handmade one from someone in my area.

I will say that the Ruger [new] Vaquero is a great wheelgun. I can't remember a time when I didn't have one in the house. My father at one time had about 7, from 4" to 8" barrels. All in 45 colt.
