California gunsmiths

Anyone know of a good reliable gunsmith in California? Perferably northern California?

There is or was a fella in Paso Robles Ca. that I would recommend. The name of his shop is "Bridges". His shop downtown was damaged in a earth quake a few years back but I think they are back in it now.

With all the rules and regulation in that state I'm surprised there are any left!
