California Deer Hunting Zone D3

Looks like you can draw a tag in area D3 in California, 33000 Tags. My son lives in Johnsville, CA and we are always seeing a lot of Deer and Bear in this area.....lots of ruff back roads all the way over to LaPine. Great High Mountain Peaks and sub alpine.

Anyone hunt this area? Not a high Buck kill, over 2000 last year...........but looks great considering its only 65 miles from my home.
