Butler Creek sizes for Huskemaw 5-20

Searched the internet for a few hours to find the sizes that will fit the huskemaw 5-20 and couldn't find anything. I tried taking the scope to the local store but they do not carry any that would fit. tried the butler measuring, left me too tight or too loose. So, before I order, test and send them back until I find the size, I thought I'd ask here. Looking for just the flip up sizes, nothing fancy.
