Looking at a bushnell trophy 10x40 with mil-dot. Working on a budget build rifle to practice with from 100-1000 yards. Rifle is a savage 300 win in the factory stock. Does anyone have any experience with this scope?

Guess this scope is bushnells 3200 series. Sale price is about $200. All I've found about them says their a good target scope. I'm a leupold fan, but hate to buy another mark 4 to mount on a $200 rifle

The Bushnell 10x40 scopes are pretty good for the money. I have two of them and use them mostly for load development. They hold point of aim and have decent contrast.

Mostly looking for it to be repeatable and durable. The glass doesn't have to be top quality. All shooting with this gun will be on sunny days. Thanks for the info

Are the mark 4's older ones less quality than the current hd glass?
