Again you are sizing too much in one step.

So .. suggesting how he can make proper choices.. would be helpful. Based on the OP statement..ie for his end result what would be the next best option? If you have experience with this.. sharing insights would be a big help!

The over-sizing is due to steep sizing angles.
You get this with single step sizing over 5thou, where you're essentially rolling brass instead of sizing it.

Again, he is sizing too much in one step. That would mean he would have to take smaller steps. Usually no more than .005-.008 at the most.
