Bullg is a scammer. Took my money on a WTB ad and went from giving me multiple excuses for not shipping and now won't answer me for a refund.

I hate to hear this……BUT you made a deal with someone who is a recent member and NO buying/selling history. BIG risk in my opinion. Hope it works out.

Lesson learned. There was a picture with a handwritten note and date next to the item. I now realize it was photo shopped.

Scammers look for WTB ads and always seem to have what you're looking for at an attractive price.

I will never understand the logic behind placing a WTB add , it's just you begging to be ripped off . You're fault totally .

I think the WTB classifieds are fine, buyer just need to do proper back ground check on seller though history and phone discussions before moving forward with sending payment. If you gut feels something is wrong, just walk away. If seller is new or with no history, and you have great history, agree to a price and get full description of the item, and make seller (with little or no history) ship it to you (If you have great history) for inspection and then immediately pay and do positive feedback if all is as described. I have done this multiple times and I get what I wanted, and new member gets item sold and positive history. Scammers will just fade away if they have to ship before payment.
My father always told me you pay for your education, and in this situation, buyer unfortunately paid for his mistake. Would make me very happy to see these scamming scumbags lined up behind some targets as bullet stops.

I'm sorry this happened. Anyone with NO trader feedback should be scrutinized before any deals are made. Face time should be a option to actually see the item.

That's a very poor photo shop.
yeah, needless to say I did not move forward with this guy. Been burned once on here, try my best to not let that happen again.WTB ads have there place among any forum of like minded and trust worthy people, but as with society as a whole, there are cons, crooks, liars, thieves, etc. Thus, I disagree with the notion it is "totally" his fault. The victim of a crime is not to blame for the criminal's behavior.

Well I have to disagree with you . If you post among friends and known members , yes I see that . But , making a post and expecting a complete stranger to be honest and truth worthy ????
I would call it situation awareness .
There are things you know you can't do , like post picture of a credit card online and not expect it to be stolen .
I try to be smarter than the crooks .
And , IMO , most victims of crimes are stupid and in the wrong place at the wrong time .
