Yes full length size again.I just remove the stem and remove the decapping pin,then screw it back into the die.Nothing is changed on your die setting,only the decapping pin has been removed,then resize just like you normally do a fired case.

I unscrew the retainer from the assembly,remove the pin,screw retainer back on the assembly and then screw the assembly back into the die and resize.Here is a link of the parts I'm talking about Decapping Pins

I neck size after initial firing so it is not so muck trouble if I have to pull bullet, I just run them through the Lee Collet die again.
