I am currently highly enthusiastic over the SMK moly 190. Now I would use it for any game the 180 or 200 GK might be suitable for. I am out every day now trying to collect more data pertaining to it's performance on flesh (interpret kill more pigs).
I am using H4350 in my .300 WSM and would suggest trying that as well as AA XMR 4350 and IMR 4350. RL19 should be good. VV N560 might be worthwhile as well. Your case is probably to small for any 4831 or XMR3100, or even RL22. The double base ball powders performance varies far to much with ambient temp IMO.
If you decide on the SMK190 call Sierra. Their tech will make powder and load suggestions over the phone.

I shoot H4350 in a 11twist 30" Hart barreled 300wsm.With the 210jlk's....It does not give me the velocity of H4831,BUT the accuracy is a ton better.

Boyd .... you should check the crown of that rifle, There should not be a big difference in the accuracy between those two powders.
QH, there are several factors in my choosing the Mike Rock 5R 11.27 barrel but the final kicker was an article on shooting the .300 WSM to 1000 yds by Ian M. in Gun World, in May 2002 I believe. Some of the other factors that I remember were my gunsmith's claims of longer barrel life, less stress on the bullet during barrel barrel time resulting in better external and terminal ballistics, potentially higher velocity, and it would be very likely to shoot the 168 XLCBT well.
The same barrel is used on the U.S. Army's M24 7.62 NATO(.308Win) and does extremely well with 175 MKs. I have been told that the few M24s in .300 WinMag are perfect for the A191 cartridge, the 190 MK at 2950 fps.

Boyd, how long is the magazine of your rifle? Are your H4831 loads highly compressed? I have the 190 moly SMKs at 2.96" oal in my M70 WSM and still do not think I can get enough H4831 in the case to exceed the 2981 fps I am getting with H4350. The moly is a big factor in that. I am still experimenting and will try the H4831, as well as WXR and AA XMR4350.

I'm shooting a 300 SAUM with 200 20X Berger's. OALis around 3.038" and 58 gr Reloader 17 for cooler weather, shoots well at 2800fps, 59gr was still safe but the ES went up to 5, lol. I'm going to try some Reloader 16 to see how that shoots. I tried H4831 and IMR 4350, both we're under 2700fps.
