That's cool. Do you have a mega zoom on camera or did you get in pretty close. Great pic!
I wasn't too far away, but I have a 100-400mm telephoto lens for wildlife photography. I seldom draw a tag that would allow me to hunt these bulls, or the bighorn sheep, or moose... But they all live near me, and I can "hunt" them with my camera year after year.

Can't eat the photos, but the pack-out is pretty easy compared to when I use a rifle and "make meat."

Nice photo Guy.

The older I get, the more I just enjoying seeing wildlife "in the wild". While I still enjoy a challenging hunt and like to harvest a fine trophy once in a while, it doesn't seem as important as it used to be.
 
Great photography! Just being out in the great outdoors and seeing God's gifts is a reward for me. This has inspired me to pull out my old Nikon and telephoto lens and head to the woods.
