Boot Shopping... help?

I've worn Keen's for a while and I absolutely love them. I have wide feet and they just fit well. I used them as my daily boot and also as my hunting boots, lasted me 3 years.

I'm now wearing Merrell's and they are nice too, soft sole with great traction. I've been hunting Ca A Zone, up down and side hilling on dry grass has not been an issue. It helps that there is a Merrell factory outlet in town.

I have a pair of Solomon 4D Forces GTX, that I don't like. I've only worn them 3 times, but are a little taller than I like. Lots of people like them, but they aren't for me. Going to attempt to sell them, I'll cut you a good deal if you want them.

Lots of boots are hiking boots, to find mountaineering boots you must look for them. I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for as I've seen people wearing all kinds of boots on the street. If you're looking for something to go dancing in then you're stuck w/ either honky tonk bar or a new pair of skids. Lowa renegades are awesome all around boot, the camino's are a bit much for everyday avg joe use. Salomons quest are gtg.

Sounds more like you're looking for roper style boots, any chance you're european or have a man bun? IDK any gun toting American who'd even consider the oslo. WA, ok. Good luck.

I bought The Irish Setter Men's 860 Elk Tracker boots on the previous month specially for hunting purposes. Though I wished to buy The Kenetrek Men's Mountain Extreme but it seemed a bit overpriced to me. Though I'm quite satisfied with the pair I own now. You can check this hunting boots buying guide I followed before making my purchase.

I bought a pair of Danner Vitals awhile back and couldnt be happier. They have held up great to my training hikes with a 50-100lb pack and survived a week of cleaning up my hometown after Hurricane Harvey. Many great options out there though.
