You could seat a 222mag, with the potential of decreased concentricity, and if you removed the decapping pin and expander ball, it would be the equivalent of a 222mag body die, but it would not size the neck down to hold a bullet, and with the expander in place it would expand the neck to 6mm if it didn't cause a collapse.
