Best "universal" flip caps ?

I've had several sets of Butler Creek caps - most have issues - loose, warped, hard to close, won't stay closed, pop open easily, broke. I will buy no more. Recently bought a new scope which came with, I believe, Tenebraex covers that are really nice relative to Butler Creek. The Aadland Engineering covers seem to be another step up from Tenebraex, albeit a smaller step than Butler Creek to Tenebraex.

I'm still waiting for an email reply as well. Have two scopes that aren't listed and I'm almost begging him to sell me some flip up caps but no reply. Anyone got a phone number for Aadland?

He ain't much for answering emails. If the caps you want are on his sight, order them and they'll mysteriously show up in a couple weeks. No need to ask questions. It is basically a one-man shop and he works full time and does this on the side. In between working full time, and then coming home to make mounts and caps and such, and then having to be mailing all this stuff out, leaves little time or inclination to be replying to every Tom, Dick and Harry with a freaking question. Let him know in the email title that you would like a response about maybe a size/model not listed and your chances go up, over the average stupid questions he has to deal with.....

Never heard of these, but if a guy won't answer emails from prospective buyers, what happens if you have a problem?

What problem do you think you'd have? If it breaks send it back. He'll replace it. If he makes covers for your scope, there is nothing to ask. If you need special stuff, title your email accordingly. If the way they do business don't suit you, shop elsewhere. If you can't deal with lack of response to emails, or having to have someone hold your hand thru the process, maybe aadlands ain't for you....

Gpo1956- did you happen to sell the Redding Powder Measure you had listed early this year?
Sorry to step on thread.
Thanks

Does he have a ph# to call him on?
I tried both the email address and the "contact us" form with no response yet

I have exact sizes, but my scope is not listed
