I am thinking of getting a GRS stock but they do not make a inlet for my rifle, so I would have to buy a blank. The rifle is a Weatherby Mark V 338-378. Does anyone know of a excellent gunsmith to do the work? Stock runs about a grand so that's a lot of money for a hope and prayer that a smith won't destroy it. Thanks

If you've never seen Mr. Russo's work on this site, use the search feature top right. Russo's stocks are impeccably inletted.

Another vote for Joel. His work is absolutely impeccable.

I don't know that he's done any Wby's but I don't see that it matters. Call him and see what he has to say. If he doesn't think he can do you a first rate job he'll tell you so.
