Best reloading kit for the money

I am looking at getting back into reloading. My father and I did alot of reloading growing up with a Lee hand press. It was very simple and easy to use. Any suggestion as to reloading kits that are out there? I cant afford expensive kits, looking to stay under $300. Also, what is a good reloading book. My Hornaday book is like 20 years old. I will be reloading 7mm-08, 25-06, and 243. I still have data for 243, but know things have changed toomuch to go off of it. Thanks in advance.
