Berger VS Hornaday

My factory model 70 1966 year loves Berger 205 and h1000 with Peterson long brass. I shot a honest .244 inch 100 yd group with it...I bedded it and did some trigger work to it and that's it...the Berger 190's I could only get about .7moa....for my rifle the heavier the better and I had to run on it hard to get it to shoot decently.

After 2 more weeks of trial and error, there maybe light at the end of the tunnel. After a 100 rounds down barrel, I shot two different groups at 1/2" with 178 eldx and 190 vld even though I shot steel to 650 yards effectively I can now do 300 and 500 yard groups next. The rifle did pick up 100fps at approximately 80 rounds and likes it dirty. It's not over yet. Thanks for your opinions~
