There is a commentary here or on the Berger web site that covers this issue. One of the concerns brought to light is the powder that is used. I believe they said that if a stick powder or ball (can't remember which) is used, that it causes a high pressure spike faster that creates problems for the bullet and causing it to come out of shape. That is all I can remember.
