Belted Magnum Collet Die

I have a few belted magnums and came across this "universal" collet die. It's about the third item down. Anyone have any experience with this product?

My problem: "Once" fired with a measurement above the belt of .515

Spec is .512 (.5117)
New Nosler is .508
Hornady LnL modified case is .510.
