Barrel recommendations for a tikka tx3

im looking at taking a 7mm to a 6.5 prc. What barrel would you recommend and why? I've looked at carbon 6 and proof so far, what others should I consider?

Budget? Use? Ranges you are shooting? Is weight a consideration?

100 to over 1000 yards. Would like to keep it under $800. Weight isn't that important. Accuracy is most important

If money isn't an issue, I always pick Krieger. I only have experience with them, Shuler, brux, rock creek, bartlein and Wilson. Many other great barrels though.
