Barrel Harmonics and various metal finishes

I was wondering if anyone has ever noticed a drop (or gain) in accuracy after applying an after market barrel finish like Dura-coat or other bake on finishes? Seems to me like it would affect the barrel harmonics?

I've used Norrell's MolyResin bake on finish, and noticed no difference in how my rifle shot before vs. after finish was applied.
