The SLR106CR is Arsenal's semi-auto only, civilian legal version of the AK-102. It has all of the same features as the original, except for of course full-auto. It is built entirely in Bulgaria at the circle10 factory, and then imported into the USA by Arsenal Inc. All parts are factory new and all serials match. Also, all parts are Bulgarian except those installed by Arsenal Inc. for 922(r) reasons. These include the trigger group and furniture set, which are both made in-house to original Bulgarian specs. The SLR106CR comes into the country with a 16.1" long cold hammer forged and chromelined barrel.
