I just got an ARMS 17 QD mount, and it won't close on a standard Weaver rail. Can only push the lever about 60 degrees from open towards closed position, and then it stops, and actually locks in fact too, but lever can't be pushed it any further to flush position, it sticks out sideways like a sore thumb. I know Mark II has a fine tension adjustment lever, but this one should at least close I think. And I don't see any adjustment possibility on this...
