Arken scopes opinions

So I had the eyepiece come loose on the arken, waiting to here back from arken, can't seem to get it to remain tight loosens when I change magnification.
Anyone had this on there's?

I returned the broken one to the Canadian dealer and they gave me a new one, seems good so far

I have one on a barret M99
I think the glass is ok; at high magnification you can see the difference for sure in terms of glass quality. This last one I bought for I think 350 so theyre worth the money for sure
