Anyone with experience with Tikka Super Varmint

Two years in on this updated model. Just a users report. I use my Super Varmint in 6.5 Creedmoor as a range rifle. Had it about four months. At 10-11 lbs probably all up, I wouldn't hesitate to use it as a stand/ blind gun for hunting. Mine has 400 rounds through it, absolutely dead on accurate at 500 yards ( our range limit ). Once the scope is doped, multiple hits at 500 on 3 and 4 " gongs are really not that tough. That is with AAC 140 grain SMK and Hornady American Gunner, also 140 grain. Typical Tikka action, Roughtech stock is solid IMO. Can highly recommend.

I have to agree with Turkeytider. Two of them are on the line at our weekly Factory Bench rest fun match's. In our game there are really only two choices, Tikka is one of them, Personally I have about worn out two T3 .223 Varmint models and never regreted a single thing about their performance. Anyone looking to buy a new Super Varmint might benefit from looking at one in hand first. There are some changes in the S V that the T3 V didn't have, not necessarily better in my opinion. Accuracy is impeccable.

Would you mind pointing out the changes you noticed. I have a Varmint model that I eventually was able go install into a T3 Super Varmint stock. (mine is a 22-250 if that matters)
