As someone else said "liner socks", I can't over recommend them. They are thin, so they don't bother your fit hardly any. They wick away moisture. But most importantly they are a buffer for your skin, any "sliding",heat, and friction is done between the liner and your normal sock and NOT your SKIN and your sock.
If I forget them or if I get blisters from other activities I like to use mole skin. I use one piece and cut a hole in it slightly bigger than the blister area, so one (maybe two) piece of MS goes around the outside of said blister. Then another piece to cover it. This way the piece(s) with hole in it kind of build a elevated wall around the blister to relief pressure from the offend material.
