Anyone have experience with Steiner Predator 8 2-16X42?

Found a great deal on a new one of these for ~$1300 but I can't find any decent reviews or videos online, especially for the 2-16X, and looking through the few threads on LRH from a couple of years back didn't seem to have been many folks with hands-on experience at the time. Does anyone have one of these? What would you compare the glass quality to?

At $1300 it's a steal. You'll love the scope.

Got it and opened it up this weekend. Build quality and glass is excellent. Eyebox is a little finicky but I don't have it properly mounted on the rifle it's going to be going on so I don't have a perfect read on it fully yet - just my initial impression. I like the reticle and the center cross illumination is perfect. Have not even attempted to figure out how to get the turret rings or zero stop working properly as the instructions are truly horrendous. Will report back with more once I have a chance to get it all set up and do some shooting with it.
