OG, the federal brass is soft, and you will NOT reach peak pressures where the load is most accurate and save primer pockets.

My load is 71g of Retumbo with a Federal 215 at 3100 in a 26" barrel. This is in Remington brass.

Some rifles will shoot 61g of IMR 4350 with a Rem 9 1/2, but this is a max load in most rifles...back off and work up.

IMR 7828 shot, real "Well" ( producing GOOD Group's and, Velocities ) in my 7 mm Rem Mag w/ 160 grain class, bullets.
Hogdon and Hornady, should Have, Data with, Min / Max., Loads.
For Me, the best Accuracy was always Found at, around 1/2 to, One Grain Under, Max Powder Charge that, the Rifle would, "Tolerate" !
Good Luck ! Sorry but, I threw Out my Load Data, several years ago when, I got,.. a New Rifle

I shoot federal brass h1000 and 184 bergers at 3000fps in mine. Shoots an easy half moa of if I do my part. Don't worry about using federal brass.
Start around 65gr of h1000 and work up. You'll probably find pressure around 70ish grains
