So, I do not misconstrue your post; you want to solve the feeding issue and remain BDL.6.5x55, 6.5x284, 6.5 RPM? What do I need to do to get feeding right?
Is there anything else like that to be concerned about?
FWIW, it started life as a 30-06. It is now a 300 Sherman with no feed work done.
Yea, I like the BDL. I don't know if I'll have a feed issue or not. I may buy some cases and give it a try.So, I do not misconstrue your post; you want to solve the feeding issue and remain BDL.
I have a .30 Gibbs, which is similar to the .300 Sherman. If you have no feeding issues with the .300 Sherman, you should not have any issues with the 6.5 RPM, which will also give more case capacity.Yea, I like the BDL. I would consider that. I kind of struggled with the 300 Sherman, but might try the 6.5. Feeding would be a sure thing. Why not go to a 6.5 Sherman if you are already running a 300 Sherman and want a hot 6.5mm.
