Any true replacement for Gunwerks G7 range finder?

Leica 3200 is on the way to me. I've been down this road too. You don't have to have kestrel for the data in the 3200.

Thanks....These companies don't make it easy to figure out.

Does it need to be connected to the app for any reason other than transferring a ballistic profile? I.e. is the calculation done on the app or in the binos?

Bt is for the profile change. It'll kestrel for extreme ranges. I'll know more next week.
