Any 2025 SHOT hopes, dreams, rumors?

I know it's a pipe dream but I would love to see ruger give some love to the number 1 again and on the same note Winchester the 1885.
I'd also like to see some legit varmint rifles on the scene. Laminate, Kevlar and wood stocks 9-11 pounds, 24"-26" barrels, updated twists on all cartridges, I know again a pipe dream but hey why not dream.
I would enjoy seeing the Remington 760/7600 breathe new life again and if your reading this Remington a stainless option would be sweet.

I wish Leupold would announce: We have fixed the erector system in all of our scopes. No tracking issues as of 2/1/2025. Send in your older scopes and we will update your erector system, at no cost. 😁

Rainbows and unicorns.

Updated internals on a leupold line... that's a bigger pipe dream than a vortex that doesn't need the warranty...

Might as well ask for a shot show that doesn't release piles of garbage Turkish imports, or tens of thousands of imperceptibly different Gucci ar 15s.

For those that go, I've s few questions if you have the time.

Remarms... what happened. The had good new product, had a union issue then moved and poof all the sps stainless rifles gone. Also any chance of a rem seven re launch, the second hand markets getting a little proud.

Kimber... don't they realize dropping the options down to one of two cartridges in montana, hunter and ascent is really missing a market? Adirondack trim 84s in some modern twist and chamberings would be hot in the current climate.

Barret and the fieldcraft.... probably dead forever but worth an ask.

lol be a lefty & see how often your wishes are bashed! I've been putting up with it for more years than I want to admit lol

A 3-15 or 3-20ish, FFP hunting type scope with a reticle that is usable at low power.

That's "reasonably" priced. :)
PrimaryArms has what looks to be a really nice PLxC 2.5-20x42 coming out. I'm hopefully for and really want to see.
I'll probably use it for a DMR gasser, but if it's priced below the NX8 2.5-20 I think it'll be a banger. If they keep it under 1500 it'll be hard to beat.

I was hoping for some new LR bullets like, 6mm 107 TMK, some LR monos and the like, think, high BC stuff with tapered jackets or tipped partition with a boat tail. I've been perusing the Shotshow news and haven't seen anything.

Maybe 2026 Shotshow...

This segment is an interesting one. Obviously the last 5 years there hasn't been any need for bullet companies to innovate. With empty shelves almost non stop, it's nothing more then fill the gaps of existing lineup.

But they have got to remember the slump of 17 and 18, when companies struggled to move inventory unless the market was interested. Would think releasing something thats been in the pipeline would get out in front and try and beat the slump.

less random cartridge introduction and bullet expansion this year.
