@FEENIX i think you probably need some help on that long list of hunts you have lined up this year, especially if you'll be cooking stuff like this for the helpers. If yes to both- let me know if I should clear my schedule this fall to come be the help!
I don't understand.....how can it even make it to the plate......if it looks that good while cooking I usually eat it standing there looking at it....sometimes I leave some for the others......
morning, I do not have speed goat, BUT I have whitetail backstrap
and brown gravy, mashed potatoes, and veggies. I love to cook.
pigs and javalines (sp) have every large bbq pit..
also cook backstrap in seasoned flour, crushed crackers. fried
in olive oil, baked potatoes, and lots of veggies.
wild game is tops. winter time best to cook and hunt.
pigs and coyotes. do not eat howling dogs!! fried squirrels
