The DB9 connector arrived. They shipped 2 of them. This corrected the pump problem. Thank you Garrett!

Now here is customer service for you. Emailed Garrett about the timing chip problem with my Annie and didn't get a response. Today a brand new Annie was sitting on the porch and no return label for the other Annie. Update, There was also the adjustable stand for it in the box which I did not order with the original order because I already had a similar stand made by lyman.
