Annealing or concentric?

So what I took away from the thread TG-5150 is that they are lathing first then annealing and their only concern was the smaller sidewall thickness when annealing.
There are threads on this site as well. I use the cordless drill method to anneal about every 3rd reload, I am not a competition shooter by any means.
I honestly have never had to neck turn anything I've reloaded for yet. But that is all about to change.
The link I posted for you is the first of a few searches that made sense to me when I was trying to figure all this same stuff out.
I have always been known for being a freaky O.C.D. Reloader. Until joining this forum, I thought pretty highly of my skills. But there are several folks on here that make me feel like a high school student, them being the college teacher. Maybe some of them will chime in and give some better advice.
