I used H1000 and getting around 3,500 fps with the 123 Absolute. Can't find the exact data at the moment. Maybe I reported it and it's on the spreadsheet...

Ran the ladder a little higher today to find pressure. N570 as usual came out on top! I'm very happy with the velocity too from a 21" barrel. I'll dial it in with groups tomorrow

66.0-67.5 gr (shots #1-4)
38fps ES over a grain and a half of powder!
This target is at 600 yards and the dot is 3"
